The top four teams of the 2007 edition of the Philippine Collegiate Champions League games are:

National Collegiate Champion: Ateneo De Manila University Blue Eagles

1st Runner-up: University of Visayas Green Lancers

2nd Runner-up: STI Colleges Olympians

3rd Runner-up: University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers

The top four teams received grants for scholarship and athletic equipment in the amount of P500,000, P200,000, P100,000 and P50,000, respectively. The prize awards were sponsored by FilOil Flying V Sports of the Villavicencio Group of Companies.

The following are the Smart Awards for outstanding performances during the games:

* Most Valuable Player and recipient of the M. V. Pangilinan Cup:
